As many of you loyal readers will know, we’ve been helping out with a tremendous charity over the last little while. Right To Play is an amazing organization that empowers children and youth through play and sport, both at home and abroad.

Congrats to all those who have signed up with Right ToPlay to learn more. This organization continues to amaze through the concrete and valuable achievements with kids all around the world.

And here is a chance to be an active voice in the conversation. As befitting social media, Right To Play and the winning parental influencer in the Level The Field Campaign, Jill Amery, will be hosting a Twitter party on February 5, from 8-9pm EST.

The Twitter Party will be used to discuss the importance of play, how play fits into your life and a discussion around play-based learning for children in disadvantaged communities.

The little dude has been having all kinds of fun with projects and crafts, especially at school. Although I'm not totally sure where this particular direction came from. I'm hoping it's more existential wish fulfillment than authoritarian exclusivity.

Safety First

Hockey's back and so far Max is liking it. Time for me to come to grips with the idea that he's closer in age than I am to the number one line for the Oil.
